Visitor’s Information
At Antipolo Doctors Hospital, we recognize the importance of family and loved ones in a patient’s recovery. To help maintain a safe, peaceful, and healing environment, we kindly ask all visitors and watchers to follow hospital visiting policies and cooperate with our healthcare and security teams. These guidelines reflect our commitment to Genuine Care, Integrity, Faith in God, and Trustworthiness (GIFT) as we continue Making Your Health Better.
Note: *During a pandemic or such unusual situation, health protocols mandated by the Philippine Department of Health and guidelines issued by the ADH Infectious Medicine Unit will be strictly implemented.
Visitors Hours
Visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily. Visitors are encouraged to arrive only within the designated visiting hours to allow patients enough time to rest, receive treatment, and recover comfortably.
Visitor Guidelines
Children below 7 years old are not allowed to visit for their safety and to help prevent infection. Visitors who have fever, cough, colds, flu-like symptoms, or other contagious illnesses are also advised not to enter patient care areas. All visitors are expected to observe proper hygiene, maintain a quiet environment, respect patient privacy, and follow any instructions provided by hospital staff.
Watcher Guidelines
Only one (1) watcher per patient is generally allowed to stay with the patient. For critically ill and pediatric patients, a maximum of two (2) watchers may be permitted when necessary and upon approval of the hospital care team.
ICU and Special Care Areas
Visits to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and other special care areas may have additional restrictions depending on the patient’s medical condition, infection-control requirements, and the recommendation of the attending healthcare team. Visitors and watchers are requested to coordinate with the assigned nurse before entering these areas.
Health and Infection-Control Measures
During outbreaks, public health emergencies, or other unusual situations, visiting arrangements may be temporarily changed or restricted. Antipolo Doctors Hospital will implement applicable Department of Health guidelines and hospital infection-prevention and control measures to protect our patients, visitors, and healthcare workers.
During Your Visit
Visitors are requested to observe silence, practice Clean As You Go (CLAYGO), avoid unnecessary crowding, and respect the privacy and comfort of other patients. Smoking, vaping, alcoholic beverages, firearms, weapons, and unauthorized photography or video recording are not allowed within the hospital premises.
