Claim Signature Form (CSF) is available at the admitting section or at the PhilHealth office located in the lobby of the main hospital building.

Outpatient Emergency Care Benefits (OECB)

PhilHealth’s Outpatient Emergency Care Benefit (OECB) provides financial coverage for eligible emergency cases that are treated in the Emergency Department without requiring hospital admission. The benefit is available through PhilHealth-accredited Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 hospitals, subject to PhilHealth eligibility and applicable coverage guidelines.
