Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Antipolo Doctors Hospital. The RN will be responsible for providing high quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop and implement a plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families about their health conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
