OIC – Process Quality Assurance Officer

Mr. Jon Inarda joined Antipolo Doctors Hospital on April 22, 2013 and has since built a diverse career within the organization, taking on various roles across finance, information technology, property management, procurement, facilities, and quality assurance. He began as an Accounting Staff handling accounts receivable and collection summaries, including PhilHealth-related collections, before moving into payroll and inventory management.

His career later expanded into Information Technology, followed by responsibilities as Property Custodian Officer and Pollution Control Officer. With the integration of Metro Pacific Health, he transitioned into Procurement, where he progressed from Procurement Staff to Assistant Procurement Manager and eventually Procurement Manager, while also taking on the role of OIC for Facilities Management.

Today, Mr. Inarda serves as OIC, Process Quality Assurance Officer, bringing more than a decade of institutional knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple hospital functions. His adaptability, process knowledge, and cross-functional experience support ADH’s continuous improvement initiatives and its commitment to Making Your Health Better.
